En la fachada de poniente se encuentra la puerta de arco de medio punto con dovelas bien trabajadas. La dovela central tiene de relieve la fecha 1773 con la cruz de San Juan en el centro, que es tambi\u00e9n la fecha del retablo que se encuentra en el interior. La fachada est\u00e1 coronada por un campanario de espada\u00f1a de dos ojos. Detr\u00e1s del cual se encuentra la caja para poder acceder a las campanas.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma fachada se puede ver una placa de m\u00e1rmol rojo con la inscripci\u00f3n: \u201cPLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCION 18 \u2020 21\u201d. Que hace referencia a la Constituci\u00f3n de C\u00e1diz de 1812 \u00abla Pepa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La nave presenta una planta rectangular cubierta por una b\u00f3veda de ca\u00f1\u00f3n sostenida por unos pilares adosados de cuya pared arrancan arcos diafragma de medio punto.<\/p>\n<p>A poniente de la nave se encuentra un peque\u00f1o coro de madera donde encontramos un ejemplar de \u00abManufacturas Blasco de Relojes P\u00fablicos\u00bb de Roquetas, Tortosa.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1bside est\u00e1 ocupado por el retablo barroco de 1773, un superviviente de la destrucci\u00f3n de 1936. Es de madera policromada con adornos decorados con l\u00e1minas de oro. Est\u00e1 dedicado a San Juan Bautista y reproduce cuatro escenas del Nuevo Testamento relacionadas con la vida del santo.<\/p>\n<p>En el muro de la fachada SE hay un reloj de sol de grandes
