Tierra de patatas, coles de invierno, cereales, frutales, pastos, nabos, huerta y vi\u00f1edos; reba\u00f1os de terneros, potros, ovejas y cabras pastan por nuestro entorno natural manteniendo los bosques y paisajes. Con esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n se elaboran los productos que llegar\u00e1n directamente a sus platos y a nuestros restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales productos elaborados propios de la zona, son: quesos de oveja y vaca, yogures, reques\u00f3n, miel, embutidos elaborados por artesanos charcuteros, bull blanco, bull negro, longaniza y nuestro pan de h\u00edgado&#8230;, y otros productos como los tradicionales cerdans (dulces t\u00edpicos de la comarca), cervezas y licores, mermeladas, etc.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Otros productos de la tierra son las peras de Puigcerd\u00e0, nabos de Talltendre, coles de invierno, trumfes (patatas), setas (cepss, cremalloles, n\u00edscalos, colmenillas, \u00abcama de perdiu\u00bb&#8230;), frutos del bosque, plantas medicinales, cerezas, ara\u00f1ones, membrillos&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Labradores, productores, elaboradores trabajan incansablemente para que pod\u00e1is tener los mejores productos de la Cerdanya en los restaurantes de la comarca, tiendas o en vuestra casa. Actualmente la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agroalimentariacerdanya.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associaci\u00f3 Agroaliment\u00e0ria Cerdanya<\/a> , trabaja incansablemente para darlos a conocer, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n dar a conocer c\u00f3mo es el trabajo de los productores con las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agroalimentariacerdanya.cat\/index.php\/visites-a-pages-reserva\"
